Sean Beech
Sean is a chartered physiotherapist with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy and registered with the health professional's council.
In 2005 Sean graduated from Northumbria with 1st class honours in Physiotherapy. Throughout his degree, Sean maintained a particular interest in musculoskeletal medicine.
Sean's career began in the NHS, where he worked for four years. His particular interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy led him to work within an out-patient NHS clinic providing physiotherapy to in-patients, outpatient and occupational health departments. Following working in the NHS, he pursued a career in professional sport, where he continues to work at present and provide physiotherapy on a private basis to a wide range of patients with various musculoskeletal disorders through Start Physiotherapy based at Jala.
Since graduating, Sean has completed numerous post-graduate courses involving the cervical spine, lumbar spine, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle, applying specific treatment techniques such as acupuncture, joint manipulation and soft tissue release.
